The Client

TeamViewer is a global leader in remote connectivity, best known for its enterprise-ready software that supports everything from remote desktop access to augmented reality workflows.

The Challenge

Despite its strong market position, TeamViewer faced user experience challenges in key areas like checkout conversion, upsell clarity, and product discovery. With an enterprise roadmap in motion, the company needed to refine user journeys, reduce friction, and better communicate value - without overcomplicating the interface.

My Role

I supported our UI/UX team by turning scattered requirements into actionable clarity. Acting as the organizational glue, I translated strategic needs into well-structured tickets and briefs that helped the team move fast without losing focus. From pricing page redesigns to new navigation systems, I ensured every initiative was grounded in real goals and shipped with precision.

My work helped shape key areas, including:

  • Persona-based user journeys to align license flows with real user goals
  • New checkout flow that made add-ons feel helpful, not pushy
  • Navigation system design support with scalable, dev-ready components
  • Simplified download page concepts to reduce user confusion and guide users to completion

The Outcome

Our work gave TeamViewer a smoother, more intuitive experience that better reflects the value of their offering. With cleaner flows, better hierarchy, and more tailored paths, the platform now supports smarter decisions and higher conversions - without overwhelming users.

Let’s build products people want - or marketing strategies that get them noticed.
