Product Strategy & Management
I turn ideas into real, usable products. From early-stage vision to feature scoping and user flows, I help you prioritize what matters, validate assumptions, and shape products that people actually want.
A builder with a storyteller’s pen. Part product, part story - with just enough behavioral science to make it click.
I spent over a decade in drama clubs, radio corners, and creative writing rooms. I grew up in a world that revolved around storytelling. That’s where I found my love for connecting with audiences in ways that feel human, sincere, and real.
It wasn’t a huge leap from there to marketing - a creative field where, once again, everything revolves around the audience. Only now, the stage is a screen, a product, a window display. But the goal remains the same: create moments that click, stories that stick.
Later, during my e-business studies, I dove deep into the mechanics of tech and digital innovation. I learned how products are built, how markets work, and how business runs in a digital-first world. But something always felt… missing.
I was struck by how often real customer understanding got sidelined - both in classrooms and boardrooms. So, I did something about it: I packed my bags, and moved abroad to study consumer neuroscience. There, I learned all about how people actually think, feel, and choose, training on tools like eye-tracking, EEG, to uncover what truly drives human behavior. It reminded me that great products and resonant marketing don’t start with trends or tools - they start with people. And that’s the constant I now build around.
So yes, I shape digital products. I launch them. I market them. But always with the human in mind. Because no campaign lands if the product doesn’t, and no product sticks if it doesn’t connect. And that’s how I ended up in both product and marketing - not by accident, but by design.
I joined easy.bi at the ground level of building its first growth department. I was involved in the company's full rebrand, from tone of voice to UX testing the new website and managing all content in the CMS. I ran the subsequent SEO efforts, email campaigns, and crafted various marketing materials. Alongside that, I worked across multiple SaaS products, driving positioning, go-to-market strategies, and messaging.
At easy.bi, I led both internal innovations and client-facing B2B/B2C products—shaping roadmaps, defining user flows, and turning ideas into dev-ready features. I collaborated closely with design and engineering teams, and fully owned, built, and launched end-to-end products from scratch.
I took over the local product marketing of the partnership product A1 Xplore Music by Deezer, bringing fresh campaigns, content calendars, and retention initiatives to life. From festival activations to in-app surprises, I connected the dots between brand and user.
I studied how people think, feel, and decide. Since 95% of decisions happen unconsciously, traditional research often misses what truly drives behavior. It’s no surprise 80% of new products fail - poor research leads to poor resonance. By applying consumer behavior science and tools like EEG, eye-tracking, and IAT, I learned new ways to uncover the real customer triggers. Neuromarketing bridges that gap - helping create products, experiences and campaigns that genuinely connect.
Here’s where I dove into the business side of digital - learning how markets, platforms, and innovation work in theory and in practice. It sparked my interest in products and marketing and laid the groundwork for everything that followed.
Before campaigns and wireframes, there were theatre plays and stage lights. At EVA, I acted in plays and co-wrote scripts for theatre productions. It shaped how I think about attention, presence, and communication to this day.
My services pave the way for exceptional experiences, where quality and commitment define every interaction.
